A ready to wear Hand Knitted Artisan Wool Beret Hat.
The design of this beret is by Karen Fechter Knits and this particular hat is hand knitted by myself.
You will receive a little work of art to wear - the exact hat shown in the photos.

I used luxury yarns for the hat. Yarns that are made of natural fibers.
The Egg Shell White yarn is Andorra by the American women owned business, Kelbourne Woolens.
The variegated yarn is Yuzen, a Japanese yarn by Noro.

Andorra yarn consists of 60% Merino Wool, 20% Highland Wool, 20% Mohair
Yuzen yarn consists of 56% wool, 34% silk, 10% Kid Mohair

The beret is knitted in fair isle stranded color work technique. After knitting, the hat has been felted to create a French Style Beret that shields against wind, rain and snow.

When lying down flat it measures 10 1/2" in diameter
Fits head circumference 19" to 22"
It is a Women's Small to Medium size hat
