Today is another beautiful summer day in South Carolina and it is hard to imagine why anyone would ever want to knit a woolen hat let alone wear one!! However, past experience lets us know that it will soon again become colder and we will want to keep the ears warm when venturing outside. 

I am glad that we all live in so many different climate zones; surely some of you are still wearing woolen hats at this time of the year, right?

It has been a very slow process for me to finally make the first of what will hopefully be many knitting kits available for purchase - I hope that you will want to knit some of my patterns. The kit mentioned is for a woolen hat made with the most wonderful soft and gorgeuos yarn from Kelbourne Woolens, it is their Andorra yarn. I designed the hat and wrote the pattern for it.  

My process of making the kit available for purchase may have been slow but it is ready to ship and I will ship it within a day or two of your purchase.

At the moment I am having some difficulty buying the yarn for this kit due to supply chain issues due to the Corona Virus..... you know!  So I don't know when it will become available again. I hope it will be soon.
